Loved the amazing lake view from our room and the helpful staff made our stay even better. The room was quite compact, but it had everything we needed for a short visit.

The room was very noisy due to traffic outside, making it hard to sleep. Accommodations like kitchenware were lacking. no utensils provided unless you pay extra, and the air conditioning controls were difficult to operate, particularly for visually impaired guests. The lobby felt cavernous but lacked any real atmosphere, and the distance to the city center felt like a trek.

I enjoyed the spacious kitchenette and convenient access to the lake. The room had poor sound isolation at night.

I loved my cozy room that featured a kitchenette on the 1st floor, which made it super easy to prepare quick meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. Plus, I thoroughly enjoyed the large en-suite bathroom with an excellent shower that had fantastic water pressure!

Our stay at Guesthouse Lugano Center By Lr was delightful. The room featured a lovely kitchenette perfect for quick meals. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, enhancing our experience. We absolutely loved the breathtaking lake view that added a touch of magic to our visit. Also, the complimentary bus pass was a fantastic perk that made exploring the city much easier!

The room had a really nice kitchenette that was handy for quick snacks. It had a great shower with good water pressure. I loved the huge window overlooking Lake Lugano—it was such a beautiful view! Having access to free laundry facilities was a huge plus. But, I found the room a bit noisy at times from the street. Also, it could use more coffee and tea supplies since there were just basic options available.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is perfect for relaxing walks by the lakes and we enjoyed visiting local hiking trails. The staff was super friendly and provided great tips for exploring. Don't miss the complimentary Ticino Ticket for easy transport around the area!

One downside was that the laundry room hours were limited, which made it tricky for us as we wanted to do laundry later in the evening.
